These terms govern your use of Crewframe, the ambassador content platform operated by Crewframe · Niklas Meindl, Mellingerstrasse 37, 5400 Baden, Switzerland. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs for 14 days from the day the contract is concluded — that is, from signup.
To exercise it, tell us in a clear statement — email info@crewframe.ch is enough. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Sending your message before the period expires is sufficient.
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and within 14 days, using the same means of payment you used. Where you asked us to begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, you owe a proportionate amount for what was actually provided up to the point you told us — in practice usually nothing, because the first 14 days are a free trial.
- Model withdrawal form. To: Crewframe · Niklas Meindl, Mellingerstrasse 37, 5400 Baden, Switzerland, info@crewframe.ch — "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following service: Crewframe subscription. Ordered on: ___. Name of consumer: ___. Address of consumer: ___. Date: ___."
8. Your content
You own your content. Every original file, tag and record in your workspace belongs to your brand. Crewframe is the processor, not the owner. Originals stay at full resolution and can be downloaded individually from the app at any time. A complete library export, including metadata, is produced on request at no charge — write to us and we will prepare it.
You grant us only the licence we need to run the service for you: to store, process, analyze, transcode and display your content within your workspace and to the people you have given access. This licence ends when you delete the content or close the account.
You are responsible for having the rights to the content uploaded to your workspace, including the consent of people who appear in it. Crewframe provides a usage-rights flag and review workflow to help you track this, but the flag records your assessment — it is not legal advice and it is not a substitute for obtaining consent.
