About CrewFrame

Your strongest stories happen outside the studio.

CrewFrame is the ambassador content operating system for active and outdoor brands — one place to collect the media your crew captures in the field, make it findable, and turn it into the next campaign.

Why we built CrewFrame

Active and outdoor brands are built on real people doing real things outside — and the content they capture is the most authentic marketing a brand can have. But that content arrives as a mess: compressed, out of context, scattered across DMs and drives, impossible to search when a campaign is due.

We built CrewFrame so the work your crew does in the field doesn’t die in an inbox. Collect the originals once, let AI make them findable, and turn them into the next post — from field to feed.

What we believe

A few things we won’t compromise on.

Originals over screenshots.

Authentic field content is a brand’s best marketing. It deserves to be kept at full resolution, not compressed into a DM.

Findable without filing.

Nobody has time to maintain a folder tree, so we didn't build one. Describe the shot you mean and it should come back — and if you do want a set kept together, a collection is a choice, never a chore.

Honest about what we do.

We’d rather ship a smaller thing that works than over-promise. When something is on the roadmap, we say so.

Your content is yours.

Every original and every record belongs to your brand. You can export it any time. We’re the processor, not the owner.

How we think about rights

Consent-first, and honest about where we are.

Using a person’s content should be a decision you can stand behind. You define the licences your brand actually uses — which channels they cover, whether the photographer or the ambassador has to be credited, when they expire — and one is chosen at upload. That licence stays attached to the asset, and a guest share link will refuse to hand out a photo whose licence does not clear the channel you are sharing it for. Nothing is published on a guess.

Here is the honest limit. CrewFrame records the licence you chose and holds you to it; it does not collect a signed release from the person in the picture. That is still your job, and a consent-capture workflow with signed forms and a timestamped audit trail is ahead of us, not behind us. We would rather you read that here than discover it in clause 8.

One thing we are asked constantly, so: we do not do facial recognition. A person is linked to a photo because a human said who was in it — no face is matched, measured, or stored as biometric data.

Built for active brands

Built for brands whose product goes outside.

Crewframe is designed for outdoor, sports, apparel, equipment, travel, and active-lifestyle teams whose products are carried into the world by real people. Keep the authenticity of field-created content without accepting the operational chaos around it.

Everything stays in Europe

Your media, your database and the AI that reads your photos all run in Google Cloud's Belgian region. Pictures are not shipped to a model on another continent to be described.

No facial recognition

People are linked to a photo because a human said who was in it. No face is detected, matched or stored as biometric data — so there is no Article 9 conversation to have.

One brand can never see another

Each brand's people, media, catalogue, plans and Instagram data sit in a separate workspace, and the separation is enforced on our servers — not merely hidden in the interface.

Your originals stay yours

The full-resolution file you uploaded is kept untouched and downloadable, while lighter copies make the library quick to browse. CrewFrame is never the only copy of anything.

The AI's work is a draft

Every description, keyword and product suggestion it writes is editable, attributed, and waits for a person where it matters. If it gets something wrong, you fix it in a click.

Rights travel with the picture

The licence chosen at upload, the approval, who reviewed it and where it has been published all stay on the asset — and a guest share link refuses to hand out anything whose licence doesn't cover the channel.
