Collect, organize, tag and plan ambassador content — in one workspace.
Your ambassadors are already shooting. CrewFrame collects the originals, makes every frame findable, and turns them into campaigns — without the DMs, drives, and screenshots.
Every original, straight from the field.
Ambassadors get one link and an upload screen built for a phone on a chairlift: pick the shots, say who is in them, confirm they are yours to use. Full resolution, no compression, no expired link, no DM screenshots. They never see your library, your campaign plan, or anything else your team works in.
- Full-resolution originals, kept untouched — you always have the real file
- Shoot date and location read from the photo's own EXIF, so nobody types them
- Video too: phone .mov and HEVC are transcoded on arrival, up to 3 minutes
- Duplicates blocked on upload, near-identical shots queued for review
Find any shot by describing it.
The moment a file lands, CrewFrame reads it — writing a description, keywords and a set of attributes like shot type, activity, season and whether there is space for a headline. Then you search the way you'd describe the picture out loud, and filter on anything the AI wrote.
- Search by meaning: “a rider in deep snow with room for a headline” finds it
- Descriptions, keywords and attributes written automatically on upload
- Filter on what the picture shows, who is in it, its licence and where it's been used
- Optional collections for a shoot or a shortlist — and smart collections that keep themselves up to date
It suggests the kit that athlete was actually sent.
Every frame records which products and which people are in it. The part that saves the afternoon: CrewFrame narrows its product suggestions to what each tagged ambassador had actually received by the day of the shoot — so it proposes the jacket you sent them in November, not a plausible-looking item from the catalogue. Every suggestion waits for a human to confirm it.
- Product and colour tags on every frame, with the catalogue as the source of truth
- AI suggests only from that ambassador's own kit, dated to the shoot
- Each suggestion shows its confidence and waits for your tick — nothing is written behind your back
- Tags feed straight into search and campaign selection
Build the campaign in context.
Turn approved frames into projects and a content plan you can see as a calendar, a timeline, a list, or as your actual Instagram grid — planned posts slotted in among the live ones, draggable to a new date. Ambassadors propose posts; your team approves what ships.
- Calendar, timeline, list and Instagram-grid views of the same plan
- Drag a planned post across the grid to reschedule it
- AI drafts briefs, captions and hashtags from your brand voice and your best-performing posts
- Ambassadors propose, managers approve — with a reason when the answer is no
See who keeps showing up.
Uploads, approved and actually-used counts per ambassador, computed from your own library rather than a self-reported number. Set targets on what people really drive, and the progress bar fills itself from the same data.
- Uploads, approved and used, per ambassador and over time
- Targets on uploads, projects and Instagram activity, scored live
- A contract's deliverables become that ambassador's goals automatically
- Org-wide content analytics from your library — never bought or estimated
Rights that travel with the picture.
You define the licences your brand actually uses — which channels, whether the photographer or the ambassador must be credited, when it expires — and the uploader picks one at upload. That licence rides with the asset for its whole life, shows up as a filter, and is enforced where it matters: a guest share link refuses to hand out a photo whose licence does not clear the channel you are sharing it for.
What this is not: CrewFrame records the licence you selected and holds you to it. It does not collect signed release forms from the people in the picture — that remains your responsibility, and a consent-capture workflow with a signed audit trail is still ahead of us.
And the parts that make it stick.
Guest share links
Send a set of shots to an agency, a retailer or a magazine without giving anyone an account. Optional password, expiry and view cap, and you can revoke the link the moment the campaign is over.
Content requests
Ask named ambassadors for something specific by a deadline. They answer with media already in the library, so nothing is uploaded twice.
Contracts ambassadors accept
Offer a contract with deliverables; the ambassador accepts or declines by email. Accepted deliverables turn into live goals scored against real activity.
Kit tracking
Record what each ambassador received and when. That dated inventory is what lets the AI suggest the right product instead of guessing.
Store catalogue sync
Point CrewFrame at your Shopify or Odoo shop and your products, attributes and colour variants mirror across, so tags always match what you actually sell.
Action Center
One queue for everything waiting on a human — approve or reject, say who is in it, tag the kit, confirm the licence. Four decisions per image instead of four separate screens.
Your own fields
The built-in attributes cover most of it; when they don't, define your own classification fields and filter on them like everything else.
Photographer records
A roster for the people behind the camera as well as in front of it, so a credit requirement in a licence has someone to point at.
What CrewFrame doesn’t pretend to do.
- Auto-posting to Instagram is in closed beta, not on your account. The engine is built and running for one test workspace; Meta has not yet granted the access level needed to post on a customer's behalf. Until they do, CrewFrame plans and schedules, and you press publish.
- We don’t collect signed release forms. You record which licence applies and we enforce it; getting consent from the people in the picture is still your job.
- We don’t do facial recognition. People are tagged because someone said who is in the shot — no face is matched, measured or stored as biometric data.
- We don’t buy followers or invent engagement. Every number comes from your own library or your own connected Instagram account.
- We’re not an influencer marketplace. CrewFrame is the home for the ambassadors you already work with, not a place to go shopping for new ones.
