“someone riding deep snow, room for a headline”
The stuff your crew already shoots.
Real ambassadors, real conditions, real gear in the wild — collected, cleared, and campaign-ready in one place.

A living library that fills itself as your ambassadors upload.
One shot, from the field to the feed.
Follow a single upload through Crewframe — and watch it pick up everything your team needs to actually use it.
Your best content is already out there. Your team just can’t use it.
- “Can you re-send that? The link expired.”
- The 4K clip, buried three DMs deep
- Screenshots of screenshots
- A shared drive nobody can search
- “Wait — are we even allowed to post this?”
- Every original uploaded once, at full resolution
- Any shot found by meaning or keyword in seconds
- Product, person and licence recorded on every frame
- Campaigns built from approved, in-context assets
- Usage rights flagged before anything goes out
The shot you can’t find is content you already paid for. CrewFrame makes sure it never gets lost.

Creator platforms help you find and pay people you don’t know yet. Asset libraries store the finished work your agency delivered. Schedulers post things that are already made. Crewframe sits in the gap none of them cover: getting the pictures your own athletes shoot this weekend out of their phones and into a campaign.

The questions your legal team will ask.
Everything stays in Europe
Your media, your database and the AI that reads your photos all run in Google Cloud's Belgian region. Pictures are not shipped to a model on another continent to be described.
No facial recognition
People are linked to a photo because a human said who was in it. No face is detected, matched or stored as biometric data — so there is no Article 9 conversation to have.
One brand can never see another
Each brand's people, media, catalogue, plans and Instagram data sit in a separate workspace, and the separation is enforced on our servers — not merely hidden in the interface.
Your originals stay yours
The full-resolution file you uploaded is kept untouched and downloadable, while lighter copies make the library quick to browse. CrewFrame is never the only copy of anything.
The AI's work is a draft
Every description, keyword and product suggestion it writes is editable, attributed, and waits for a person where it matters. If it gets something wrong, you fix it in a click.
Rights travel with the picture
The licence chosen at upload, the approval, who reviewed it and where it has been published all stay on the asset — and a guest share link refuses to hand out anything whose licence doesn't cover the channel.
Active and outdoor brands are built on real people doing real things outside — and the content they capture is the most authentic marketing a brand can have. But that content arrives as a mess: compressed, out of context, scattered across DMs and drives, impossible to search when a campaign is due.
We built CrewFrame so the work your crew does in the field doesn’t die in an inbox. Collect the originals once, let AI make them findable, and turn them into the next post — from field to feed.

Brands, ambassadors and campaigns — and the one you meet on a call.

Product and engineering.
The six things everyone asks first.
Do my ambassadors have to learn another app?
They get one link and an upload screen built for a phone on a chairlift: pick the photos, say who and what is in them, confirm they're yours to use. That's the whole job. They never see the library, the campaign plan, or anything else your team works in.
We already have Google Drive / Dropbox. Why is this different?
A drive stores files; it cannot tell you which of your 4,000 photos shows a rider in a purple shell with room for a headline. CrewFrame reads every upload — description, keywords, product, people, shoot date — so you search the library the way you'd describe the shot out loud, and every result already carries its usage rights and approval status.
How long does setup actually take?
A workspace exists the moment you sign up. Loading your product catalogue and inviting your first ambassadors is an afternoon; the AI starts describing and indexing uploads immediately, with no tagging backlog to work through first.
What about usage rights — can I prove we're allowed to post something?
Rights are captured at upload against a licence you define (which channels, whether credit is required, when it expires) and stay attached to the asset for its whole life. Approval status, the reviewer, and where the asset has been used sit on the same record, so "are we allowed to run this?" is a glance, not an email thread.
Who owns the content and the data?
You do. Every original, tag and record belongs to your brand and can be exported at any time. Originals are kept at full resolution — CrewFrame never becomes the only copy, and never becomes the reason you can't leave.
Is our media actually private?
Each brand gets its own isolated workspace: people, media, catalogue, plans and Instagram data never cross organizations. Admins, marketing managers and ambassadors each get distinct permissions, enforced on the server rather than hidden in the interface. Data is stored in the EU.
Your ambassadors are already creating. Put that content to work.
